All Sales Are Final on Custom Items
All heat press merchandise is made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or design approval after purchase.

All graphic heat press merchandise is made to order. Please allow 5 –7 business days for production before your order ships.
Production for all orders begins once payment is recieve in full, no exceptions.

- Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
- Order Tracking Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
- Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
